Sustainability & Sourcing: The Erite Sphere Commitment

At Erite Sphere Ltd., we believe that the future of chocolate depends on the health of our forests and the prosperity of our farmers. Our sourcing model is built on transparency, ensuring that every bag of cocoa leaving the Lagos port can be traced back to the community that nurtured it.

1. Farm-to-Port Traceability 

• EUDR Compliance: Continue geolocation mapping for cocoa, but add that ginger and cashew sourcing also follows strict non-deforestation protocols.

• Batch Transparency: Mention that every shipment—including Lithium Ore—is assigned a unique Erite Sphere ID for a full chain-of-custody from the farm-gate or mine-site to the final container.

2. Diversified Climate-Smart Practices

• Agroforestry (Cocoa & Cashew): Highlight how cashews and cocoa are grown alongside indigenous trees to protect biodiversity.

• Responsible Mining (Lithium): Add a section on "Sustainable Mineral Extraction," focusing on low-impact mining and adhering to Nigerian environmental regulations to ensure your Lithium is ethically sourced.

3. The Farmer & Miner First Initiative

• Direct Sourcing: shortening the supply chain for ginger and cashew farmers just as you have for cocoa.

• Capacity Building: Providing workshops not just for cocoa fermentation, but for the proper cleaning and drying of ginger and cashew to ensure "premium" export quality.
